Cancellation Policy

This agreement, effective day of your purchase is between Avax Publixa and (Client). The Consultant, skilled in digital marketing, agrees to offer services including affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, marketing communications, social media management, and content creation. Services are provided "as is" without guarantees. The contract starts with a one-day term, unless terminated with 12 Hours’ notice. The fee ranges from $100 to $200, with optional additional services requiring separate agreements. For marketing videos, a 50% deposit is mandatory, and the balance is due before delivery. The Client owns all proprietary outputs generated during the agreement, while the Consultant retains prior proprietary information, granting the Client a non-exclusive license to use it. The Consultant acts independently, not as an employee of the Client. Liability is limited to the fees paid, excluding indirect damages. Both parties agree to protect confidential information and provide indemnity for breaches. The agreement forbids assignment without written consent and is governed by South Dakota law, with provisions for severability and amendments requiring mutual consent. This document is the complete understanding between both parties.
